My name is Thomas and I'm the founder of Fitneristic.

Over the past 12 months I've been on a quest to lose the fat, get lean and stay in shape. In fact as I have entered my 40's I've decided to get in the best shape of my life and hopefully inspire others to do the same!

But where do you start? What should you eat? Which diet is the best? What fitness plan should you follow? What does it actually mean to be healthy? Why can't I seem to lower my body fat percentage?

Like many other people I have a full-time job with a total commute to and from work of more than two hours every day. Usually I'm out the door by 7am and home by 7pm. How do you fit exercise into a busy life? 

To answer some of these questions I'm continuously researching the latest science and studies in fitness, health and nutrition and I'm pleased to share my findings with you in the Research section.
